Suitable for three-dimensional five axis linkage processing of various vehicles, rail transit, and industrial aluminum materials, it can complete various process contents such as holes, grooves, and contour shapes on aluminum profiles.  

Characteristic features

☆ Adopting a CNC dual pendulum head with five axis and five linkage functions, it can complete the machining of milling, boring, drilling, threading, sawing and other processes of the five sided body.

☆ Adopting imported high-precision dual pendulum heads and equipped with high-power, high-speed electric spindles, the spindle head has a HSK63F taper hole interface, which has a high metal cutting capacity per unit time.

☆ Adopting imported high-quality CNC system with good user interface, it can complete complex five axis linkage machining and achieve RTCP control (five axis machining) function. All CNC machines are equipped with CANOPEN bus communication mode.

The workbench is made of high-strength cast iron, and key structural components such as the bed, crossbeam, slide plate, and slide pillow are all welded with steel plates. Finite element analysis and calculation are used to ensure the optimal quality stiffness ratio and excellent static, dynamic, and thermal performance. The cast iron workbench is equipped with a standard T-shaped groove, which can facilitate the positioning and installation of various fixtures and workpieces.

☆ It is equipped with the water circulation cooling system of the electric spindle, the automatic lubrication system of the feed transmission and the cooling spray system of the cutter to ensure the reliable operation and accuracy stability of the machine tool.
